Biography

Pia Marinangeli is a clinical social workercurrently completing her dissertation for a PhD in clinical social work at NYU. Her research will be looking at men in substance abuse treatment who have been secually abused as children and their current substance abuse patterns. Ms. Marinangeli is in private practice, individual and group psychotherapy, adjunct faculty at NYU and community relations rep for an outpatient substance abuse program in NYC. Her specialties are working with addictions, PTSD, gried and loss, anxiety and depression.
