Other Information
It takes tremendous courage to reach out and ask for help. The relationship between psychotherapist and client is one of the most important parts of therapy. I believe that creating a safe place to work through your difficulties is essential. I bring compassion, honesty and humor to my counseling. My training as a social worker and mental health therapist as well as my personal life experiences can help you find tools to cope with life’s difficulties. To achieve your goals I utilize an individual approach that builds on, and recognizes, the strengths you already have and assists you to learn new ones.
