I founded Path To Growth, LLC in 2006 with the hopes of utilizing my diverse educational and professional experiences to create a safe and comfortable environment for people to make the decision to heal from past experiences and presently create the life they desire for themselves. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida and am Licensed by the Florida Department of Health (MH9466) to provide psychotherapy services. Additionally, I am a Certified Crisis Responder (CCR) trained by the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA), an EMDR Institute trained clinician, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Usui Reiki Practitioner. I have worked in a variety of settings through the years, including a residential treatment facility for adolescents, a police department victim services unit, a university setting, and a spiritual community, in addition to my current work in private practice. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with particular speciality in recovery from traumatic experiences, grief and loss, sexual health (gender identity concerns, sexually transmitted infection diagnosis, and sexual dysfunction) and relationship concerns including gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) issues.
