I work in private practice in what many clients describe as a comfortable, safe and warm setting. I have worked with both male and female survivors of childhood interpersonal trauma - mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and sexual abuse. My training in this field is vast and from many experts in the field, including Janina Fisher, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Gabor Mate, and others. My experience working in the Trauma Therapy program of a leading hospital in the field has continued on in to my private practice. Understanding the aftermath or “legacy of trauma", truly has helped me work with the overwhelming emotion, especially shame many males survivors carry, often alone, for far too long.
