As a qualified professional, registered with the OCSWSSW and the OASW, I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor with a minor in Psychology. I have extensive experience in the field of mental health care counselling and have counselled youth and adults utilizing individual, couples, family, and group therapy formats. I have assisted a variety of client groups to address critical issues such as anger management, suicide, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, criminality, family, and relationship issues. Although not my only area of expertise, I have extensive experience and specialized knowledge regarding sexual victimization and its effects on clients and client systems and have counselled clients coping with the effects of sexual victimization both in individual and group formats.
