I am a psychologist and psychoanalyst who as been working with male survivors individually and in groups since the 1980s. I am a Past President of MaleSurvivor and served opn the Board of Directors for seven years; currently I am its media spokesman. I founded the Sexual Abuse Program at the William Alanson White Psychoanalytic Institute in New York, where I am also a Training and Supervising Analyst and faculty member. I am the author of Betrayed as Boys: Psychodynamic Treatment of Sexually Abused Boys and Beyond Betrayal: Taking Charge of Your Life after Boyhood Sexual Abuse.
