Biography
Castlewood Treatment Center is nationally known for specializing in treatment of anorexia, bulimia, and compulsive overeating in a sanctuary-like setting. We provide a full continuum of care; including our residential program, stepdown program and intensive outpatient program. In addition, we offer specialized psychiatric care and in-house nutritionist. Many clients come to Castlewood initially, because unlike other treatment centers, we specialize in trauma-resolution therapies, and utilize Internal Family System therapy. Castlewood provides an individualized treatment approach tailored to meet the needs of each client.
