Biography
• More than twenty years of experience as a counselor, manager, journalist and trainer • Direct contact with adult, adolescent, first responder/law enforcement, government worker and military populations within agencies and private practice settings • Extensive experience with difficulties linked to drug addiction, trauma, military deployment, disease, crime, women’s and cultural diversity issues • Experience in employee assistance program counseling, program development and worklife/health training • Extensive trauma/critical incident response training • Effective manager leading workers and teams in diverse agencies
