Biography:

I am a psychotherapist in private practice, currently serving individuals in the state of Texas and Florida via tele-health. Although I work with all clients, I spent most of my work experience prior to private practice, working with incarcerated youth. Most of my clients were male, all survivors of sexual, physical, and/emotional abuse. In my private practice, I serve adult and teen clients with histories of trauma, to include many veterans. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, anger/emotion regulation, anxiety, and depression but am able to help with any struggles you may be experiencing.  I am a CCTP (certified clinical trauma professional), a LCDC-I (licensed chemical dependency counselor intern), and am focusing my current and future training/specialization on serving military/veteran populations.

As a member of a military family myself, this population is dear to my heart. Whether you are suffering from past trauma, day to day anxiety, anger issues, or combat related PTSD, I would like to help. I draw from my training in CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), among other modalities. We can work together to decide what course of action would be best for you.
