Strategic Planning Sub-Committee - Chuck Spence, Ph.D., and Curtis St. John, Co-chairs

The Strategic Planning Sub-committee is to include the Executive Committee and may include member(s) of the Advisory Committee when relevant expertise is identified.

The Strategic Planning Sub-committee's primary responsibility is to develop practical and obtainable short and long term strategic plans for the organization. In doing so, this committee is to be guided by the Mission Statement of the Organization, work within the Constitution and By-laws and consult with all Committee Chairs in order to maintain cohesion with the overall vision of the Organization.

The Chair of the Strategic Planning Sub-committee is to present to the Chair of the Governance Committee a new or revised strategic plan, one month prior to each Board Retreat and/or as requested.
